Conventionally, the programme consists of the following elements:

  • Analysis of the planned change project in the context of the 8 step methodology by John Kotter
  • Examining the level of readiness for changes in the organization – an on-line survey for a selected group of employees
  • Leading Bold Change Workshop for a group of key persons for the change
  • 1 month long Team Coaching / Consultation for the Change Management Team – monitoring of the Change Action Plan
